I took my first pottery class way back in high school and loved playing with the clay.  I took classes now and then until about 3 years ago when I decided now and then was not enough!  My husband helped me turn our garden shed into Sue's studio!  With a new wheel and kiln, I was off and running!

I make mugs, bowls, vases and all sorts of individual, unique  decorative pieces.  My garlic/ginger/lemon zest graters are a big hit and my number one seller with my clocks a close second. 

All of my pieces are made by hand using traditional techniques.  I do both hand building and wheel work. All pieces are fully vitrified and will hold liquids/food.   All my functional pieces are made with food safe and lead free glazes.  And, speaking of glazes...I love experimenting with glaze combinations to get the most unique  and beautiful results.
